All-around great experience, from the check-in and optometry assistant staff to Dr. Volland to the staff who helped me choose glasses to the office doggy.
I was in Anchorage preparing for my cruise and realized that I had lost my last contact lenses. I was able to contact my own optometrist in California to email me my prescription. I was so grateful to Dr. Volland’s staff, Julie and Maeve, who were able to quickly provide me with a replacement lenses. If it were not for them, I would not have been able to enjoy the vistas I saw on the cruise. If I were a local, I would definitely go to Dr. Volland’s for all my optometric needs
