Dr. Santos and his whole ENT Westminster, MD staff were friendly and attentive. I dealt with receptionist, nurse, hearing lab tech, and Dr. Santos. All professional and patient. Dr. Santos took his time to go over all my questions and did an exam only related to my issues. Offered suggestions and follow-up if I wanted. No unnecessary procedures. Checkup took just under an hour. Highly recommend.
The best doctor I’ve ever been to. He is very compassionate and explains everything.
My experience initially wasn’t pleasant at first. There’s 3 front desk ladies and the one African American lady in the middle her name begins with a T(don’t remember the pronunciation) at that office was great. The other two ladies were not pleasant and dismissed me but she jumped in, got me seen. My pain level was so high. She got me in to see Dr. Santos the same day he was amazing and very knowledgeable. that one front desk lady help me and the patients with ease. I’ll definitely go back now
I actually made an appt with another doctor in the practice but I really liked him. Very professional and explained things well.
Extremely personable and acted like he truly cared
Dr. Santos is great. Great 'bedside' manner. I had symptoms that others were finding 'odd' and i couldn't get a diagnosis till I went to Dr. Santos. I would recommend him to anyone!
Prior to my visit to Dr. Santos I was examined by 3 different physicians and they could not diagnosed me. Dr. Santos identified the health issue right away and the blood test confirmed the diagnosis later. Dr. Santos was professional, informative, effective, and efficient. He answered all my questions in reference to my health.
