Always overcharged randomly and when I try and make new appointments somehow “I owe $400 and cannot make appointments until paid in full” — blessing in disguise
I am writing to formally express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the treatment my elderly parents received during a recent visit to the office of Dr. Daniel Van Riper, DO. Both of my parents, who are over 70 years old, arrived together for my father’s scheduled appointment. Extraordinary and very knowledgable doctor with superb bedside manner
I’m very happy I found Dr. Dan Van Riper, he is always willing to listen and to give alternative solutions to my different needs. It’s rare to want to come back to your PCP, but I like his honesty and overall his encouragement.
Got there T 4:45 for a 5:00 appt. Dr. Van Riper rolled in close to 6:00 pm. No apology, just an odd interaction and odd conversation. He saw my 81 year old family member who has some cognitive issues , VanRiper asked a few questions and believed everything the patient said, and based treatment on those answers. Horrible communication, just a bad experience all the way around.
