When I turned 60, I wanted to do something about the bags under my eyes and my hooded eyelids. I met with several physicians in the area, all specializing in eye surgery, but really liked Dr. Tresley and was very impressed with his before and after pictures. So, I chose him. I visited Dr. Tresley for a procedure covered by insurance due to symptoms associated my autoimmune disease. Upon arrival, I provided my new insurance card, which they accepted without indicating any potential issues or additional costs. Months later, I was shocked to receive a bill over $1,000 more than the usual cost. On the day of my appointment I was called 3 hours ahead and told Dr. Tresley had to reschedule because “something came up.” A line from the Brady Bunch…..I was rescheduled for the next day, which was made to seem like a huge favor from the crass office staff. Dr Tresley did a great job on my 1st procedure. When trying to get back for a 2nd procedure, ti has been horrible! The staff is so incompetent, it is unreal. For that reason, I will likely find a new doctor.

Recently, I underwent surgery for an upper lid ptosis repair and lid skin excision performed by Dr. Tresley. Everything healed pretty fast. I had a good experience and great results. Dr. Tresley is a fantastic ocular facial plastic surgeon with extensive credentials and experience. Also, Dr. Tresley staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They are a great team. I am grateful for Dr. Tresley and his team.
I went for a consultation for a possible brow lift which was a joke, $150 and 10 minutes later, dr Tresley suggested injections to fix crow feet, for some reason he also injected right above my eyebrows which caused my eyebrows drop even more! When I called the office and sent pictures, they said “sorry, you need to wait until it wears off “ They refused to refund the money, no solution or resolution, just “sorry “. Terrible experience
The office is cold and only interested in money. They are super friendly until your procedure is over. Surprise charges and billings with follow up visits. My results are disappointing because the eyelid surgery has left me with uneven eyes even after a revision. Would not recommend them at all.
I went to see Dr. Tresley for a consultation for upper eyelid surgery. My experience from his front desk receptionist to his office manager was quite poor. Extremely un-professional. The office manager really needs training in customer/patient care interaction. Dr. Tresley fails to understands that he may have done thousands of surgeries but it would have been first time for me. He was very rushed. Did not explain the procedure. I was with him for just over 10 minutes. Thank God I didn't choose his practice.
