I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff that works at Highlands. Every single person that cares for the patients from the front desk to the nurses, to the nurse practitioners and Dr. Travis have been absolutely amazing. They LISTEN to you, they are attentive, they are compassionate, they are prompt, they are just AMAZING! They do great service with my son that is on chemotherapy for Leukemia cancer, he has had great service and friendly people. He just goes for check ups on his ANC.
Highland Oncology Group has been part of my life for 5 years. In 2011, my husband got the news. From day one, we were treated with the utmost kindness and respect. My husband lost his battle in March. I continue to see Dr. Travis for my iron deficiency anemia. I feel better just walking in the door. As a former hospice nurse, I know that this staff are called to work here and they do, indeed give more than good care. They give a part of themselves with each touch and every smile. �

My mother receives the most amazing care. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Arrived as first time patient and was told go to the second door (Dr appt) no explanation or anything. When done with doctor (who is great; Rosenfeld) told to go wait near the Chemo area. Waited an hour and 1/2 snd finally asked "why are we still waiting?" Oh you didn't checkin when done with the doctor, you have to do that. Now we are checking you in!
