The staff is very attentive and helpful. They truly make a wonderful difference in a situation that is anything but fun.
Some of the most caring people around! Dr Travis is awesome. Kim & Linda at the front desk are supurb.
It is a very well organized place and so many people that it is hard to believe there are that many with cancer, and they still haven't found a cure.

Caring Cancer care complete with caring cancer care carers! Except when a patient has to wait an hour and 15 minutes for a 10 second poke in the hind end! I have to take two stars off!
the staff is the best ever,but when you wait 2 hours past your appt time it becomes annoying ,that is my only complaint,everything and everyone is wonderful
The people here are wonderful!! From the front desk, nurses, and especially the Dr's. I love them all and feel so blessed that they are taking care of me.
By far the best place to go. Nurses always have a smile. As do receptionists. Lab. Pharmacy. Technicians. They treat you like you should be treated. My husband has been a cancer survivor for 15 years. Even tho we have moved closer to family in Ft. Smith, We will still continue to travel to Highlands. Thank you so much Highlands Oncology Group!
I honestly do not have words to express my appreciation for the doctors, nurses, therapists and staff at Highlands Oncology. The compassionate, knowledgeable staff helped us navigate through the most frightening experience of our lives. Dr. Beck, Dr. Ross, their PAs and nurses will have my eternal gratitude for being God's hands in saving my husband's life.
