Makes you feel like just another number. You will wait forever. See about 10 people before the doctor. He will only spend a few minutes with you and just barks orders at his nurse. He doesn't ask any questions about your condition or really offer any help. A nurse interrupted my appt. to call him to the next patient. He told me to push through the eye drops even if they burn. Never asked if I had any questions. RUDE! I will be going elsewhere. Pushes his products on you to buy.
When I went to see Dr. Whipple. A new doctor was there. When I asked where Dr. Whipple was, he said " I am the only doctor here in the room, do not worry about Dr. Whipple. He also said that I would be dealing with him most of the time from now on. I go there because of Dr. Whipple not because of the new doctor. He answered none of my questions about Dr. Whipple! I can go to a new doctor anywhere!!
Terrible visit. My wife and I made an appointment at the same time - I saw Dr. Whipple and my wife saw Dr. Smith. I waited for an hour to see him and my wife left TWO HOURS before I did. Once I received his bill he added a new patient fee even though I had seen him for years except for the last 3 years. My didn't receive a new patient fee from Dr. Smith even though see hadn't seen her for longer than me.
