We enjoy the friendly & professional atmosphere of Dr. Fay’s office. We started with Dr. Fay about five years ago because we couldn’t find a dentist that took our insurance in the Lewes area. Since then, we have retired and are now on Medicare and have lost our dental coverage. We could now go to any dentist in our area but continue to drive to Dr. Fay’s office which says a lot about our satisfaction with Dr. Fay & his staff.
I LOVE this office!! Staff is always friendly, Nicole the receptionist knows you as soon as you walk in. Every detail of your visit is explained, there is always opportunity to ask questions from front office to the dental hygienists as well as Dr. Fay himself when he comes in to check your teeth. I always recommend people to the office.
Johanna very thorough with high tech equipment and informative...Dr Fay with spelunkers headlamp explored the cavern expertly...lots of damage...no bats found.
