I just had my first visit with Dr. Fay, who came highly recommended by friends and co-workers. I received prompt, friendly, and professional service on my emergency visit yesterday. The staff and doctor were helpful and informative. I appreciated their help.
My experience was fantastic. Dr Faye and Michelle were extremely patient with me and talked me through the procedure and I felt confident I was in great hands. I know my procedure went over the allotted time but you would never know it from Dr Faye or Michelle. The were professional and kind and patient. I have a lot more work to be done and I am extremely confident they will correct my dental issues in their usual professional manner. I have been with the office several years and if you want to feel like a patient instead of a number this is the place to be. They make you feel like family. They care and listen.
