I am new to Delaware and had great difficulty finding a dentist I liked and accepted my insurance. Dr. Faye’s staff is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and accommodating! I don’t believe you can find a more professional and caring group of dental professionals from the reception desk to all of the doctors and assistants.
I had another great visit, my cleaning by Mary was excellent, selfishly I say it’s too bad she’s retiring but I wish her well, she deserves to enjoy life with her family
Not only is Dr. Fay the friendliest and most down to earth doctor I have ever been to-He is an amazing dentist. His staff are so inviting and make you feel at home. I love that they have all been there so long, lets me know that they are a family! The office manager Nicole has always been kind and helpful and so knowledgeable about insurance and Stephanie is kind and an excellent Hygienist! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!
Absolutely wonderful. Dr Fay and Dr Moeller are professional and personable. Front desk receptionist is knowledgable and helpful. My hygienist, Mary, did a great job and was so informative. I hit the jackpot when I found this dentist! No, I'm not related to any of them. :)
Receptionist was delightfully cheerful, and the technician was pleasant, careful, and thorough. Dentist, though quick, was friendly and seemed careful.
