Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, I didn't notice an odor How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
