Couldn't ask for a better office. Dr. Lai and Dr. Tonger are wonderful and probably saved my hearing after being incorrectly diagnosed by the other local ENT. The staff was friendly and got me in within 2 days. Will highly recommend !!
Dr. Lai is awesome! Dr. Lai is very gentle with young and old alike, and uses the latest up-to-date procedures and technologies. He monitors your case closely and does not try to schedule appts just to "take your money." If he feels you only need to see your general practitioner, he tells you so. He explains everything in detail at your appt in terms you can understand. If you are looking for a new ENT...I highly recoomend Dr. Lai!!
No pre or post surgical conference, doesn't communicate with his patients or families well. His poor bedside manner and overall lack of availability for emergencies are his Achilles heel.
Only gave one star because I had to give at least that many. This guy is one of the most arrogant jerks I have ever come across. Would NEVER entrust my health to him. Has no concept of how to speak to or deal with people.
The staff at Dr Lai,s is the absolute worst called for a emergency tube removal because the Er can't do it said I needed A consultation first then come back I told them it's an emergency said they can't help me this is how it's done by Dr Lia well it takes 2 seconds to pull one in the office had it done 4 times befor I'm in pain my ear rejects the tubes after 3 years so if u got any kind of emergency don't come here because he can't help till u got a consultation vist get you wallet out
