I have only seen the doctor twice, usually his PA, Jill. While his receptionist is phenomenal, his nurse lacks entire care and approach. She's cold and unwelcoming and forwardly rude. The doctor has a tendency to ramble on about a lot of things not related to your care and will talk through you. He is openly an anti-masker, which poses a threat to immunosuppressed people like myself.bI have severe sinusitis and I have been pushed to have them scraped continually, something that I have refused it every appointment. Appointments are always rushed and seems as though everyone that sees him has a deviated septum.

I saw Dr. Smalling twice and Dr.lai once. Every visit was a pleasure and I really felt like a patient and not just a number! The office staff is super friendly and always get me in within a few days. Highly recommend
Great Dr! He took time to explain the procedure I was scheduled for (ear tubes)and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. The audiologist was a lot of fun to work with and really the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. 10/10 will recommend!
Went for help with voice changes. Dr. Lai immediately diagnosed acid reflux. I disagreed--I've never even had heartburn. With no warning, Dr. Lai jammed an endoscope into my nose and down my throat. Tears were streaming from my eyes due to the pain. Without really looking through the scope, he yanked it out and asked, "Do you snore?" "No." "Have nosebleeds?" Top notch care from both Dr.Lai and Dr.Tongr. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Both doctors were very easy to talk to and really took time to listen to my problems. I would definitely recommend this office.
