I stayed as patient with Dr. Daniel Krueger for about six months or so and his services are HIGHLY unprofessional, questionable and unethical. When I came down for normal cleaning I was told that I have so many problems and needed procedures like Periodontal scaling, Gingival irrigation, Fillings, Crowning, etc. They scheduled me for six fillings at the same time and the dental assistant lady work was not trained. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. My 17 year old daughter has gone there for most of her life. She's had sealants on all of her back teeth, then they were resealed and then resealed again. She's had many fillings, and on a whim, I decided to go to another dentist to get a second opinion on whether she needs the 11 fillings they recommend this time. Guess what? She needs NONE. Dr. Krueger is a complete fraud and hack. I had 34 years of oral health-then we moved to Lafayette IN and we saw Dr. Krueger. He killed one healthy tooth with a needless filling and performed an unneeded root canal and sloppy crown on another tooth....the result-now under the care of an amazing dentist I have had to have a root canal to "save" the tooth Krueger filled needlessly and the tooth Krueger performed a root canal on developed a deadly abcess, resulting in emergency oral surgery and a very expensive and trying recov... read more

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Although I love my hygienist and have no problems with the office staff I will not be returning to this office based on Dr. Kreuger. I find his personality very overbearing and aggressive. He seems to just care about making as much money as possible. When I have what I seem to think is a good appointment with no cavities or issues he seems upset by it. While the customer service seems to be a big priority for this dentist's office, felt manipulative. I did not see Krueger specifically, but someone he brought in from Indianapolis who told me, a graduate student, that I needed nine fillings, two caps, and an intense deep scaling operation. Later, I went to a less zealous dentist who just gave me a better cleaning and told me none of the issues in my mouth were urgent. It seemed like Krueger's office is more of a money making operation.
