Daniel is wonderful to work with. This is the first home that my wife and I bought together and Daniel made the process quick and painless. He was very responsive and took the time to any obscure or detailed questions I had. If he didn't have the answer, he followed up quickly with his findings. He helped us find our perfect starter home so quickly once we started with him. He's also a tough negotiator and helped us make a competitive offer. Long story short Daniel saved us! I found the perfect house in another state, 5 mins from my Daughter and Grandkids and had to sell my house fast. I knew I had to go with investors so interviewed 5 companies. What I didn't know is there were scam artists out there too and I picked one. Seller beware, too good to be true it is.
