Long story short Daniel saved us! I found the perfect house in another state, 5 mins from my Daughter and Grandkids and had to sell my house fast. I knew I had to go with investors so interviewed 5 companies. What I didn't know is there were scam artists out there too and I picked one. Seller beware, too good to be true it is.
