Fantastic provider who took excellent care of my uncle.
My appointment with Dr. O'Rourke exceeded my highest expectations! He listened attentively, and answered all of my questions. He knew all about my medical history, and he ultimately saved me from having unnecessary surgery. I recommend him highly!
This was my second surgery with Dr O'Rourke. He is a master of his craft and an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. His office staff and clinical staff on the other hand have created a complete nightmare. I was originally scheduled for surgery in November which was canceled due to a schedule in conflict with the surgeon. I was rescheduled for December and informed 4 business days before my surgery that insurance had denied my claim. My insurance had offered a peer-to-peer review but Dr O'Rourke out of town. Wonderful! Dr O’Rourke was friendly, to the point and listened to my concerns. By the way - he also saved my life 12 years ago! He’s a fantastic person and neurosurgeon.
