I had a pleasant experience with Dr McCammon. He took me seriously, considered all avenues, thoroughly checked labs, past CT's, etc. I also really loved his nurse, Holly. They followed up after my initial appointment and made sure to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions I had.

Had an appointment with Dr.McCammon and no bedside manner at all. He asked me a question and when I went to answer he put his hands up in a time out and cut me off. I stopped talking and let him let me know what was going on. If I or when I see him next time and he’s rude like that, I will get up and walk out. The rest of the stuff was great.

I was seen by Dr McCammon in high school 13 years ago when I was 18 years old. At the time I didn't have the knowledge to understand his infantile knowledge of medicine and endocrinology. Since then, I went to medical school and became medically informed. I was referred to him by my primary care physician who had sent me to him because of a total testosterone value of 282ng/dl as well as symptoms reported by my mother and myself. I have seen Dr McCammon twice, each time he was friendly, thorough and took his time answering my questions, and explaining to me what I needed to know, for what I had going on. Each time, he didn't seem like he was in a rush to be done.
