Worst airport I've ever been too. Outdated and hard to get around. Staff is rude and makes me never want to come here. Not a great first impression to give visitors.
All I can say is its an airport ppl better than las vegas
Last year flew from jfk to Honolulu then to Maui, did the same tonight. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. You treat them with respect, they will in return. I have never had a problem, and since my mom lives here, I am a GUEST on this island. If you have problems with the staff here, then you're rude and they ha be a reason. Five star review! We had time to kill waiting for our flight home so we hopped on the city bus and went site seeing!
We to had plenty of time before our flight back to Seattle Wa. After our trip to Maui. Long time getting through Airport & we had Wheelchair & Escort throughout! Security was ridiculous, i mean a Complete Rub Down & Searched Carry Ons. Made us throw away our Cocoanut Shampoo & Lotions! Almost 60 with my 20 yr old daughter and with 1 1/2 hrs we barely made our fligh!
It would be great if free wifi was provided like most other international airports
