Honolulu International Airport is one of the Best Airport Parking is Huge very ORGANIZED it's just that when u go to the Parking Be Watchful n drive w/ caution you May Got Lost or end up to heading to Freeway or Honolulu going to Waikiki but it's O k the more you got Fun out there !!! Welcome to the Island of Paradise!!!!! Aloha n Mahalo to ALL!!!!!!
No knowledge of process improvement to accommodate the huge lines and people about to miss their flights! Lots of TSA doing nothing instead of opening more screening stations. No preparedness whatsoever to handle the amount of people who need to check in. People pay lot of money to travel so your employees care less about whether we make our destination or not.
The Airport staff were super nice. The two ladies working at the duty free makeup shop were so rude. Not a smile not an Aloha nothing! I was intending to buy something and then decided not to. You have lost a customer to buy your makeup I'll just pick the same stuff up at home.
This is my second time here and the people are very nice and helpful. They are organized and the wait is short to check in and to obtain luggage.
It was very fast checking in and going through security. However its stuck in a time warp about 30 years behind the times. No charging stations or WiFi.
