Dr. Kostalnick is by far the best psychiatrist I have ever had throughout my mental health journey. He is very understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable, and most importantly he ADVOCATES for his clients. Not only has he helped me in finding the right medication, he has also supported me in recommending outside therapy and additional resources that have helped me immensely. I would recommend Dr. Kostalnick to anyone who is looking for professional psychiatric help, he truly is one of the best people.
Dr. Kostalnick has been our daughter’s psychiatrist for a few years now. He is, by far, the best decision we have made for our daughter’s mental health care. Dr, Kostalnick is personable, professional, diligent, and accommodating. My only complaint is that we did not know about him sooner. With her previous provider, our daughter was misdiagnosed, overmedicated (as well is mis-medicated), and overall, in a rough place. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Dr. Kostalnick, and the work he has done with my daughter has CHANGED HER LIFE. He not only prescribes medicine, but he helped us find outside therapy, testing and further resources beyond meds. He is personable, caring, professional always AND he responds to emails so quickly! I am always amazed at how quick he is on email. 5 stars all the way! I recommend him to anyone who needs mental health care.
