Dr. Pimstone is fantastic. He listened to my concerns, never dismissing anything I said. He treated me with respect; I always felt comfortable asking him questions. He would ask my opinion when medications had to be changed but ultimately, I trusted Dr. Pimstone’s decision. When I suffered a serious health issue, Dr. Pimstone worked to get answers and get me healthy. My mental health is the best it has ever been, thanks to Dr. Pimstone.

I've been a patient of Dr Pimstone for almost 8yrs, I've also been clean & sober for the same amount of time. I was addicted to opioids & alcohol since 1997. Since 1999 I've been in rehab a total of 8 times. But I still struggled due to quilt over the destruction I'd caused & well, cuz I'm am addict. I also struggled because I wasn't seeking treatment for my bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder & PTSD. Horrible. Per the medical record, Pimstone prescribed a medication he knew would cause my son to decompensate as well as a cocktail of medications that cause serious adverse effects. For over a month I notified Pimstone's office that my son was worsening and I was dismissed. My son suffered serious consequences due to Pimstone's negligence and and lack of care. Very poor, substandard care.
