Unfortunately had a very bad experience

Unfortunately, I don't know who I disappointed so greatly, though, as I think about experiences in the office, I have an idea. If I'm right, I can see why this person would have felt this way. Sometimes communication just fails. Sometimes, a caring therapist - never perfect - just doesn't quite GET what a patient is trying to put across, though both are sincerely trying. I learn from things like this, and I wish I could help this person move on to seek what he or she needs.
Dr. Sapen is an exceptional therapist. One who carries a weight of knowledge and compassion into each session. I'd highly recommend him to anyone seeking real answers and willing to work on improving ones life.
I have seen Dr. Dan in multiple settings. I have recommended him to friends and family. He is a good listener. He offers insight from a learned viewpoint.
