Everyone was professional, on time, which I really appreciate, and helpful
This is my fourth procedure with Dr. Pambianco and they have all gone smoothly. The staff is professional and they explain what is happening at every step of the way.
It took a while for them to schedule my appointment once I submitted the paperwork. They sent out reminders and called and went over things over the phone before the procedule. I have been coming to them for the last 10 years. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is willing to go the extra mile to help you get settled and make sure you are ok before leaving. I would not change a thing.
Everyone was coordinated, helpful and well trained. The hard part was the prep work at home prior to visit to hospital. I was impressed with how each person knew what to do, and worked well with their partners. excellent team work! They also treated my wife and myself with respect. I appreciated getting the results right away as well.
I drive 4.25 hours for my appointments and will happily continue to do so. I’m so happy to find a true team from checking to MD consult. Thank you for making great use of my time.
He explained my condition and told me what we needed to do. The medication I needed. He is a very trust worthy person. He figures out what is causing your problem.

Excellent doctor who is caring and patient with his patients! He follows up after treatment and makes helpful suggestions! I have had years of gastro intestinal issues that he has always addressed quickly . Even during the pandemic. His nurse Christina is excellent also. Find all the support staff there to be very professional and courteous. Thankful to receive this kind of care. My current rural makes it a bit challenging but manageable.
From the moment I entered the facility the Staff was professional, informative and made any anxious feelings disappear. They encourage you to ask any questions and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure.
