I felt that everyone involved in my colonoscopy procedure cared about me as a patient. That made me feel confident about the procedure, and I responded in-kind to all staff members. Everyone introduced themselves and ended with 'Do you have any questions or concerns.' By the questions they asked me, I could tell they all had read the pre-visit questionnaire I had filled out. After checking in the medical staff was very professional and kind. Dr. Pambianco was very professional spoke with me before and after procedure. I was at ease and all went smoothly. Thanks to all involved.

Dr. Pambianco has done all three of my colonoscopies, 2003, 2013, and 2023, and he remains my trusted, efficient, skilled and kind specialist. I appreciate his taking time post-procedure to tell me my test results. The entire team at Gastro Health is top-notch, so well coordinated and putting patient comfort first.
Other than the front desk receptionist, who came across as abrupt and bored, the rest of the team (Dr., Nurses, Anesthesiologist) were so warm, friendly and reassuring. I felt informed, heard and well cared for.
Dr. Pambianco's office is easy to work with and kept me informed as to what I need to do for my appointment. Before the procedure started he asked me questions about my condition since the last time I saw him and this appointment. After the endoscopy he spoke to me about the finding. Letting me know everything has healed and all looks good. He explained what I needed to do in the future and had suggestions for the questions I asked. Finished off by telling me we would check again in three years.
