I was scheduled for the dreaded screening colonoscopy. The staff made it as enjoyable as such a procedure could be. I arrived early and they took me in early. Staff was pleasant, patient and professional! The Dr. was friendly as well. Overall, they made a necessary evil bearable.
Everyone, from the time i arrived, until the time i left were caring, friendly, professional and explained everything, as to what was going to happen, in non medical terms. Hat's off to Ron, my anesthesiologist....said he would take care of me and make sure i wouldn't remember any of my procedure, and he did!! Dr Pambianco explained the results immediately after i woke up, in terms my Grandson could have understood!
So I would say 95% of my experience was excellent. The 5% that wasn’t had nothing to do with my doctor. It was something a bit embarrassing that happened before the procedure. Without getting too detailed…there should be a better way to accommodate females who happen to be on their cycle for the procedure. Their handling of that was somewhat humiliating as I had to “prepare” in front of several people. I realize they are medical staff and this isn’t new for them. The Pambianco team has years of experience, superb professional skills, and a willingness and ability to communicate well with each other and their patients. I appreciate these qualities and consider myself very fortunate!
The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Pambianco is skilled and efficient. He thoroughly explained what would happen and took the time to answer any questions I had.

Admitting nurse, Donna was excellent. Entire procedure was professional, I was made to feel comfortable.
The receptionist, nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr. Pambianco and everyone else I encountered were exceptional. They answered all my questions and treated me with kindness. I couldn't ask for a better colonoscopy appointment. Thanks to everyone for making an unpleasant test enjoyable. You guys are the best and get an A+ from me!
