My symptoms: dizziness and nausea . My experience with Dr. Hall was horrible: poor listener, jumps to conclusions, arrogant, and misdiagnosed me. During the brief intake, I mentioned I was also suffering from headaches and quickly dx me w/ "atypical migraines" without taking time to examine my ears and listen to my concerns. He refused to do hearing test. Five days later, I went back to my PCP and was diagnosed with a hearing infection in L ear and swollen nasal glands. How does ENT miss this?
Do NOT allow them to force you to pay your deductible BEFORE surgery. I had surgery in May of 2016, and in March of 2017, I am still trying to get our $2,000 that they overcharged me back. They will now not answer calls or return phone messages. Because they screwed up the billing so badly, all other bills, from the facility, labs, etc. came due because it showed I did not meet our deductible and went to credit collection. Dr. Hall - FIX YOUR STAFF!
