1 st visit- Gainesville Office, wait over 3 hours. Staff, zero star. 2nd visit, Lake City office, 5 minutes late, he would not see me, he said I was late. Staff zero star.Never went back!
Accent sent me a letter he signed stating he would not be seeing me because I questioned a bill, while in office he proceeded to look down my throat with a tiny tube, took less than a minute...was billed for 'surgery' not covered by my insurance as it was not surgery...because I questioned why he did not inform me they would bill looking at my throat with a tube as surgery, I had to pay over $250.00 out of pocket! This was years ago when I to his Gainesville Office. I had to wait over two hours. His receptionist was so on organized. They kept apologizing that I had to wait. I was OK, no big deal things happen. My right gland was enlarged. No meds, nothing was prescribed. COME BACK IN A FEW WEEKS. He opened up in Lake City, Fl. New office location. I was eight minutes late. Overall, incredible experience with Dr Hall and all his staff. I’m a New patient and everything was smooth from booking my first appointment, to surgery. They saw me the same week and once I met Dr Hall I felt very confident he diagnosed my problem correctly. I was about to get surgery elsewhere and I found out that some of those procedures weren’t necessary. I wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for Dr Hall. His PA, Alex is also fenomenal. I’m very thankful I ended up with Dr Hall. He’s great!
NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! If there's any advice you can take from a Google review today, then please read this review and take heed from my warning. The staff at the Accent ENT Office are completely disrespectful and incapable of providing even minimally acceptable customer service. I've made numerous complaints to their management and supervisor staff without any recognition or accountability on their behalf. My multiple problems have ranged from being spoken down to by scheduling staff and hung-up
