The visit was very successful and the DR. explained to me my options
I had cataract removal surgery and it was a great experience. I was afraid of course thinking about an operation on my eyes, but Dr. Wainess?!!! He is the best! I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain. My eyesight is now 20/20. I have worn eyeglasses my whole life so this is a milestone for me. The office and nursing, surgical staff were courteous and professional as well. Thank you all! Staff were very friendly and there was no waiting time. Mom was treated great for her Tech Visit. We have her Pre Op visit scheduled on Friday before her surgical procedure.
Dr Reid was warm, kind, professional…I feel relaxed trusting him with my upcoming surgery!
The staff , this office had their i's dotted and t's crossed , office mgr Brandon was great and has his staff well trained unlike the Palm springs office staff who were rude and disrespectful. Brandon staff were very friendly and helpful made me feel comfortable being there..Dr was great in easing my concerns any type of surgery is stressful . Thank you to the staff Brandon and Doc for addressing my concerns ..
Dr Wainess is an excellent doctor. Everything that he did was done appropriately regarding my eye exams, treatments and prescriptions ordered.
I can’t say enough about Dr Wainess how he’s has helped with my eye problems. I sincerely appreciate him !Monica his assistant is great and very helpful. Bernadette the receptionist is also very helpful and always willing to help with get things done.
Professionalism, very friendly, helpful
I have been seeing Dr. Wariness for the past 4 years and he did surgeries on both eyes and I am very happy with him!
