All of the staff I encountered was very professional and friendly. I was given great information and options, and presented with price quote before hand, so I wasn't shocked afterward. Pat was lovely the entire time, making sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Stein took care of my dental needs. She was gentle and made sure I didn't feel any pain thru the procedure, and gave me quality advice afterwards. I will definitely be returning
Oh my gosh! The experience was pleasant from check-in to check-out. The receptionist was welcoming & explained the paper work to me. She had already contacted my insurance company before I arrived for my appointment. The assistant was friendly & asked questions to be sure I would only receive the treatment I needed. Excellent service. Professional, informative and well able to take care of my teeth without pushing to do unneeded treatment.
My visit was great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really made feel comfortable. I was really nervous and they calmed me down right away.
I had a cavity filled. The procedure was quick and painless, and the tooth feels great. The staff was excellent, true artist. They explained everything so I had no questions, very good communication. There was no pushing of needless procedures, just and honest assessment and good work. I would highly recommend.
We love Herman Dentistry! The Dental Hygienist were amazing and so good with my boys. Also with me. Love our new dentists and we actually look forward to going to the dentist!
This was my first time meeting Dr. Stine and I was very impressed. She gave me her honest opinion from the start, started with the cheapest option first but explained that it might not last which I understood. The experience was quick and she did an excellent job with this filling. This filling is in the front and you cannot tell it is there. Pat did a great job with the finish work as well.
No pain! Great smiling staff!
