Dr Herman has been my dr and my family's Dr for over 10yrs now and he is absolutely the best, and my favorite dr I've EVER had! He genuinely cares and he listens! I recommend him to anyone and everyone who asks me about a primary care physician.
I'm searching for a primary doctor. I got serious medical issues with my back. I get online and Daniel Herman is number one recommended. But when I call down there the receptionist answers and immediately I feel unwanted. Like you don't want to deal with me. Continue to say you sure you don't want to keep seeing some of the doctor I saw once back when I was younger
Went to Dr Herman for Kidney Stones and was in incredible pain. He had me get a cat scan to see the stone. Radiology and Dr. Herman did not see the stone (he wouldnt put up the images on his computer and only went based on their write up). He wouldnt look at the images himself. And he wouldnt prescribe pain medicine as a result. Ended up being referred to a urologist who showed me on the images where my kidney stone was and said that "they miss things all the time." Dr Herman listens to you an will try to find a solution to Help the best he can. What makes the experience bad is the nurse staff never return your phone calls. So many times I’m told I’ll get a phone call an never do unless I call. If your wanting test results to know about a sickness you might as well call cause they won’t…an if your having questions you might as well make an appointment cause the nurses will say they will give u call back an Never do ever.
