Upon our arrival, we had a short wait until my son was called back for his dental procedure. After the procedure, the process was explained to me by the dental assistant and what procedures to follow the rest of the day. The billing clerk was understanding and helpful regarding what steps to take to file with my supplemental insurance.

Connie is a fantastic dental hygienist. Dr. Herman is wonderful. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental or orthodontics care.
Everyone is very nice and professional at Herman Family Dentistry. I have had cleanings, and major work done and it has all been done with quality standards. I highly recommend!
As in the past the entire experience sets the bar for how things should be done. Fantastic care from beginning to end. Monica is fantastic! Dr. Stine and Dr. Herman are best at what they do. Constant professionals that care deeply about their patients.
I was worried about a cavity and xrays showed I don't have one...just some grinding of my teeth causing irritation.... I was fit for a mouth piece and put on a "call list" to replace the cleaning appointment I cancelled for this check-up Everyone in the office is very accommodating and I really appreciate them. I'm always treated which consideration and respect...... even if I decide not to do what is suggested at the time (I usually come around to their good advice in the end). Thank you Dr. Stine and all of her staff
Dr. Stine filled in for Dr. Herman on his day off. She was friendly, professional, and thorough. She gave an excellent explanation ! I would recommend her to anyone.
Always a pleasant experience. On time. All the staff is kind and efficient. Wonderful dentist and hygienist. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The Staff was pleasant and polite. The exam and cleaning were comfortable.
