The care that I received was excellent. I did not expect to need to come back for gum treatment so I was unprepared for the need for these services. The clerk at the front desk, not Shannon, demanded payment upfront for the services that I had received and told me that I would have to pay for the gum treatment when I received it. I have always had my fees for services sent to my insurance first and then I pay the remainder. This is the way it has been done for 40 years. I was annoyed at her attitude.

The hygenist took the time to explain what she was doing and what everything meant. My treatment plan and cost was clearly explained to me by the receptionist.

I have never had a disappointing appointment at Herman Family Dentistry! The staff is highly professional, the front office staff are very friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Herman ROCKS!
Had a great experience! Pat was so great at keeping me warm and calm. She's always very professional, cheerful and great at her job. Dr Herman is also great at easing your fears, has a great sense of humor and makes you feel confident in his work. The front desk ladies are always very friendly.
