I had the opportunity to visit someone living here last November. Both the indoor and outdoor surroundings were incredibly well-maintained and exceptionally clean. It truly felt like a place where all residents could enjoy a quiet and peaceful life without any inconvenience. The staff members at the small office near the apartment entrance were very kind, and I was especially impressed by their efforts to ensure the comfort of visitors while prioritizing everyone's safety.

In my recent visit of my family member who resides at an unit at 53-11 99 street Corona NY location, One maintenance team member showed a very rude attitude and pointed his finger at me a number of times and yelled at me for asking him to give us an advance notice regarding the time of building owners visitation of the unit. The property manager showed unprofessional attitude in dealing this incident. I am very disappointed and upset.
