Awesome doctor with a lot of experience. Been going for more than 6 years and my son feels really comfortable with him. Don't mind traveling for 2 hours for his doctors visits. Staff really attentive and helpful.
Dr. Garza is very professional, like no other pediatrician in Laredo, he explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was not in a hurry.
Very bad experience I had 2 miss appointments in years 2017 2018 2019 and the manger told me I am no longer be able to see the doctor do cuz I miss 3 miss appointments in different years, and then when I set up an appointment they did not mention that I had to have a referral Or to bring my insurance call very bad service and then the manger Threat To call the policeman if I wanted to speak to the doctor to make a complaint
Always running into issues if they’re not out of prescriptions they close before they’re scheduled times on 04/15/19 and turned off lights. Drove 40 miles for nothing I guess since they’re are one of the few in Laredo. They don’t take care of their patients. Great doctor but the staff ????
