The front desk lady was super rude, didn't want to even look up from her phone to help me. When she did acted like it was an inconvenience. Then we went to the lab and the technician acted agitated because my 2 1/2 wasn't cooperating which she's a child so she's going to be scared. Then got to the back for the techs at Dr.Feig's office clinic 7 to take vitals and the lady who was working the BP cuff never even cracked a smile. We have been seeing Dr Feig since my daughter was 3 weeks old. We were med flighted from Huntsville Women and Children to Birmingham Children's with many different complications. The start of all her problems was a blood clot from her descending aorta blocking blood flow to her kidney. She has damage to her left kidney and we keep close watch, it is considerably smaller than the right one.
