called three times the office to try and schedule an appointment and All the calls were within 10 days not one phone call back that I received very unprofessional Staff and the only reason that I am trying to get An appointment is because Dr. D’Andrea came highly recommended
I have been very happy with Dr. D’Andrea until today. I have read all of the positive reviews and agree , however, I am leaving as I am applying for an apartment that doesn’t allow animals except for service animals. I have a cat which is considered a service animal (for emotional support) I need a letter stating this as a requirement when applying. Dr. D’Andrea “says that he does not write any letters for emotional support”, so I am returning to a previous therapist.
Dr D'Andrea was just INCREDIBLE!!! We can't thank him enough for all the time he spent with us and our dad. We are so happy to have him working with us!!!
