From point of entry to exit, I was treated professionally and compassionately. Evaluated and explanation of condition and recommendations were presented in layman's term. It was a two way appointment instead of a one conversation
STAY AWAY Patients come to doctors already in pain, stressed, vulnerable, and hoping they have found the right Doctor who can help guide them toward healing and recovery. No matter what setting you are in, when you are a doctor, you have a duty to help people in need. Dr. Daniel Lee fell short in that area. I waited for an hour to see him got roughly a 5 minute encounter with if that. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, disappointed, misdiagnosed, and no closer to resolving my pain. Dr Lee made a tremendous difference in my journey to find lasting spinal relief. After years of hearing I needed surgery but with not one detailed explanation as to why, I finally was given that detailed analysis. Now I can have surgery without questioning if I was doing the right thing for my situation. His abilities, his communication, his exam room manner all instill the highest of confidence!
Dr Lee is awesome. He hears what you have to say. I love his bedside manners, so calm & cool. He took my back stimulator out, the surgery went great & I feel great. I am looking at having my lower back worked on. I am so glad he is in my corner.
Quick easy and to the point. I feel that Dr. Lee actually listened.
