Their management isn't very smart! I'm sure that established customers have their favorite stylists. However, their management is not very wise. I had purchased a $60.00 Spabro offer for which made me eligible for 6 different services. I would have been in there at least 6 times! It was for new customers only, so obviously, they are looking for new customers, right?? love it! This is a wonderful salon, I wonder if some of the negative reviews were written by competitors? My husband, son and I have gone to Caroline since the 90's. She is great and has a wonderful personality.She is excellant at her job and from what I can see, so is everyone else working there. I don't even live in Ca. anymore, but we always go there when we are in town.
mediocre I've only been thier once, so maybe it was just my hair stylist, but I asked for a deep condition and cut. My cut was as good as I could have done, nothing special and the condition of my hair was no better. Daniel may be a good hair stylist, but he appeared to be unconcerned with what was happening in his salon, and a little "all over the place". A little toot full before work maybe?
My opinion . Daniel & Co is the best hair salon in Orange County. I go there atleast every 6 to 8 months,I make sure i always go to Devi . She is the best there , and my mom has been having her do her and my hair forever! My mom has gone there since before i was born so more then 12 years. I recomend this Hair Salon to ANYONE! Great Color I saw Chris and she nailed the color I was hoping for- I though she was great. The receptionist was kind of bitchy but otherwise the experiance was great.
Chris Rocks! She always gets my color right on, no matter how many times i change it on her. She isn't afraid to tell me if my more outrageous ideas might not look great.
I'll never go anywhere else I love this salon, even more I love my hair stylist. If your looking for beautiful long lasting color & a cute cut that looks great weeks after your appointment, Chris is the girl to go to. I'll never trust my hair with anyone else. I've been going to Daniel & company salon for two years now & I've been happy Everytime! Take my advice & make an appointment with Chris today.
Dated Salon I went to this salon because I thought it would be a little nicer (since it is in a nice part of town), but the salon is run down and teh stylists were just plain rude & snobby. Don't go to this salon!
Great salon! The salon has a really nice ambiance and Jen D. is a great stylist! I've been going there for about a year and she gets my color perfect every time. Only person I trust to cut my bangs too!
