In our modern society it seems to be a nearly dead art to actually listen to your customers and hear what they are saying. In the medical profession you would think listening to your patient and hearing how they are feeling and what they have going on would be sorta important…but many doctors don’t seem to share this view. Dr. Chong does and he’s been fantastic to work with. I look forward to continuing this relationship.
