Dr Chong is the best oncologist in his field
Everyone at the office is always kind, polite, and timely. I have been seeing Dr.Chong for a few years now for a chronic condition, he keeps me informed and always has a few minutes to chat.
Office visit. Excellent listener and caring.
What stand is his caring attitude and passion for ensuring his patients understanding what they are facing and more importantly they understand he is with them through it all!
Dr Chong is awesome! He took time to get to know me and address all of my concerns. He clearly explained the treatment options. I really like Dr Chong as a person and doctor! I’m so glad I was referred to him. I highly recommend him.
This is my second office visit with Dr. Chong. I was warmly greeted in the reception area and spent only a few minutes in the clean, comfortable waiting area before being called back for my blood work. I'm often difficult to stick, but the phlebotomist did a great job on his first try. I was then taken to an exam room where my vitals and medication list were updated. In our modern society it seems to be a nearly dead art to actually listen to your customers and hear what they are saying. In the medical profession you would think listening to your patient and hearing how they are feeling and what they have going on would be sorta important…but many doctors don’t seem to share this view. Dr. Chong does and he’s been fantastic to work with. I look forward to continuing this relationship.
