I don't know how good the doctor is. Because I never made it in to use him. The office staff is horrible. They never sent the information to the insurance company. I waited a week before I had to call them and told them to send it in. They finally did and was approved immediately. I moved my appointment up 1 week and when I got there they never changed the appointment they said the insurance was still pending. I told them I was going to find another doctor with a staff that knows what they are doing.

I was referred to Dr Cartlidge by my PC, read all the reviews before my appointment and expected a long wait and unfriendly office staff. The opposite happened. EVERYONE in that office is kind, attentative and caring. The wait was not long for my appointment, nor was it long for my follow up appointment and Dr Cartlidge addressed all of my concerns. I could not be happier I found this office. Thank you!!
While I did care for Dr cartledge and his bedside manner, I cannot express in words how frustrated I am with his office and front staff. I have already reiterated this privately in an email and try to get their attention on the phone. Dr cartledge told me to insist on asking for him they will not let me they told me I have to wait six months. I had to 13 needle spinal blocks an an an an ablation on my neck done in less than three months. And they still won’t let me talk to him so I canceled my appointment and I will never go... read more
