Would give zero stars if possible. Was having trouble with my vision and also expressed that one pupil was larger than the other. He ignored my concerns, and I trusted him because family had good experiences with him. However, a medical professional that has been practicing as long as he has would have clearly recognized from my symptoms that I had narrow angle closure glaucoma if only he had paid attention to what I was telling him and took me seriously. Dr Drought takes his time and answers all your questions and/or concerns. Very good doctor. The receptionist on the other hand is very rude and grumpy. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time thinking she’s having a bad day. But she was rude over the phone when scheduling my next appointment, after I arrived and while paying. I went in another time to have my glasses adjusted and she acted like I was asking for the world. While waiting, I witness her rudeness with another patient. Absolutely the worst service. Office people were rude and inefficient in doing they're job. Waited days for a response about my contacts. And overcharged us after our insurance company contacted them. Absolute horrible experience
