The office itself is nice, but their billing practices are concerning. I paid $500 upfront, which I was told would go toward my deductible. They then billed my insurance the full amount without disclosing that I’d already paid - meaning they attempted to collect payment twice for the same service. I’ve since heard similar complaints from other patients at this office. Be careful and double-check your bills before paying anything upfront.
Dr. Daniel Behroozan and his amazing team has been my only dermatologist for 10 years. I’ve been in their offices many times over the years and every visit is impeccable. The offices are beautifully clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, appointments flow smoothly. Dr. Behroozan takes his dermatology up to the level of artistry. I’d never go anywhere else.
