Dr. Schmid is a rare find. Talented and compassionate. And a bit of a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in a cosmetic surgeon. He did extensive reconstruction on me after my bilateral mastectomy, and every step of the way I felt fully informed, listened to, and cared for. I would recommend him to my own daughter. In fact, I have! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.
Dr. Schmid is amazing. His staff are the nicest bunch and they are there for your every question with the answer, a tissue for every tear and support way beyond was should be done. They helped me take a bad situation and turn it into one that turned out good!! (Double Mastectomy) Dr. Schmid's gives so much of his time and attention and really listens to what a patient's thought, questions and worry's are. His bedside manner is awesome. Place your trust in him and you won't be disappointed.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Schmid and his staff. After a botched breast reconstruction from ANOTHER plastic surgeon, my oncologist recommended Dr. Schmid. This man performed miracles on my breasts. He was patient, explained everything, and gave me different options. The fact that he managed to fix my breasts is amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plastic surgery for breasts reconstruction or other surgeries (I've had about four with him).
Dr. Schmid did an excellent job to correct the large hole Mohs surgery left on my nostril. He is a kind and down to earth physician. Also twice when I called him after hours he responded right away ! He is also someone who you can tell loves his profession! I would highly recommend him. His staff is wonderful also!
Dr. Schmid is a very caring, calm & respectful dr. He listens to what I had to say or ask and answered with 100% truth. I'm so glad I put my faith and trust in dr. Schmid. His staff is very polite, friendly and understanding.

Dr. Schmid is a kind, warm and compassionate doctor. I needed a breast reconstruction reconstruction and was embarrassed by the look of my breasts due to breast cancer. He made me feel at ease and comfortable. I had three procedures with him at once: reconstruction, lipo and a tummy tuck. I could not be more pleased with the results and the care I received from Dr. Schmid and his staff.
