Dr. Schmid and his staff are fantastic he did my breast reconstruction with implants following my breast cancer diagnosis. He truly is caring and compassionate, during a difficult time when you feel like your losing part of yourself it os important to be able to look on the mirror when it’s all over and be happy with what you see. Thank you Dr. Schmid for giving me a reason to feel good about myself despite the circumstances. I highly recommend!
What makes Dr. Schmid a cut above the rest--for me--is his quiet, supportive demeanor and bedside manner. In fact, one of the nurses in the Florham Pk. surgery center told me, 'He's one of the best. He could run circles around most surgeons'. Not only did I believe her, but what a compliment paid by another professional who ought to know! It made me even more comfortable with entering my breast reduction surgery--which came out great!!!
Dr. Daniel Schmid preformed the DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction procedure for me. The care I received from Dr. Schmid was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered any and all questions that I had. He provided a personalized treatment that yielded positive results. Dr. Schmid is very good at what he does. I went to him after moes surgery on my face and you can not even tell I had a big hole in my face. I went back to him to have a cist removed as well. He is fast and good!
I cannot express how thankful I am that I found Dr Schmid. He did a perfect job and he is compassionate and approachable. He listens and explains every thing. I highly recommend him. I just had my yearly Gyno check up and she could not believe that I do not have implants. My surgery was March 2016 and I’ve never been happier!!

Dr. Schmid is extremely skilled and talented, his bedside manner is impeccable, he's is always willing to take the time to answer every single question, and treats his patients with the utmost respect. 21 years ago I had a breast implant surgery done, the shape of my breast started looking different on both sides and last year an MRI showed there was a rupture in one of the implants. I had to remove the implants ASAP, thanks God I found Dr Schmid he explained everything about the surgery to me patiently, he was very kind and professional. Today 5 months after my surgery I can say that I feel very happy with the results and very highly recommend Dr. Daniel Schmid to everyone.
Dr. Schmid is incompetent. He should not be licensed in plastic surgery.
