Already had surgery on one wrist. Seemed to me they could of had the testing of my other wrist done on my first visit instead of scheduling the next visit for testing. I'm guessing I got in on the appointment 30+ minutes late because I couldn't get the forms completed. The woman at the front desk finally finished it for me. + After struggling with one area for ten minutes I was told I didn't have to complete that part.
