Dr. Worrell repaired my right shoulder in 2015. It went from being in constant pain to good as new! When I started having trouble with my left shoulder I knew he was who I needed to see. After some tests he was able to clearly explain what was going on and various treatment options. He and his staff are through and caring. They take the time to answer all your questions and are pleasant to work with. Even though you don’t want to have problems, when you do it’s comforting to know you are in good hands.
Excellent staff and caring physician.
Never, he is arrogant and disrespectful to patients he perceives to be of a lower socioeconomic status. He worships the career athlete and wealthy professional, thus delivering different treatment and concern for his patients.
My knee surgery was botch. It’s been a year and I can’t walk. The metal feels like it’s apart and cutting me inside when I try to walk or when I turn my knee when not walking. I return several times after surgery and was told nothing was wrong and the doctor was angry at me for saying something was wrong and walked out of the room. Everyday it continued to get worse and now I can’t walk.
My elbow surgery was botched, ended up with a bone infection and nerve damage. Went to all follow up appointments, tried to communicate my concerns to Dr. Worrel. He would look at my wound, leave the room and send in his PA. He left me in a hell of shape. Thank God for the Doctors who are trying to repair the damage he is responsible for. Going on 8 months of pure hell. Will update with the additional surgeries needed to repair the damage.
Business response:
I think this review should be removed. This patient had a complex revision procedure in a patient with a progressive nerve deficit. I am aware of who he is. He was also non-compliant, smoked, and still had a good functional outcome. He had a non-healing wound (which he was at high risk for) and that, combined with his smoking, was the cause of his issues. He required a plastic surgery procedure due to his non-healing wound. I am very disappointed to see this.
Dr Worrel is a wonderful Dr and surgeon. He has operated on my right elbow in 2014 for degenerative arthritis when it was almost locked up and it is fully functional now. He also performed a total knee replacement on left knee 11 weeks ago and I have no pain and almost full functionality in knee now with about 9 more months to full recovery. I would highly recommend him to anyone for orthopedic issues.
He did excellent job on knee replacement,
Absolutely fantastic surgeon. He operated on my grandmother'a knees and she recovered wonderfully. I recommend him to any person with orthopedic problem. Not only is he a talented surgeon with immense experience, he truly cares about his patients as well.
Dr. Worrel is the best Surgeon I have ever meet. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I never felt rushed with him and he always spent the time in answering all my questions. Thank you very much for your amazing work.
