I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Dani Care. I requested documentation confirming my diagnosis on 02/02/2026 for school and work. I followed up on 02/25 and was told the letter was being worked on and that there would be a fee. Since then, I’ve sent another follow-up (03/04) and called multiple times, but haven’t gotten any real updates. I recently tried emailing again and now the email won’t even go through.
