Dr. Assad is absolutely the best. She is incredibly caring and attentive, always taking the time to truly listen to her patients. Most importantly, she explains every step of what she’s doing, which is what makes me trust her the most.
Her PA gave advice that would actively harm me and Dr. Assad couldn’t even be bothered to call me herself. There is no way to contact her, and the office phone doesn’t even have a voicemail! Dr. Assad, the treatment your PA suggested and that you agreed with without talking to me, could cause me to faint and collapse. Did she tell you that part? Dr. Assad is a wonderful doctor! When I was first referred to her I was trying to find care for an acute illness in a very quick time frame due to travel. Her office was more than happy to accommodate and were able to fit me in right away. She gives her patients her full attention and is very thorough in her process. I always feel very comfortable in her office. I wish I could see her for all of my health needs! Highly recommended!
