I have been taking my dogs to Pet Hospital of Willoughby since 1992, and have been very happy with their care. Dr. Joseph Doles is very kind and compassionate, and I have heard the same about the other Vets there. The staff are excellent, also.
The doctors and the staff are the best I trust no one else with my fur babies!
I would NEVER go to Pet Hospital of Willoughby! My dog Jack got cut and needed staples, and i tried to take him to the closest place instead of my regular vet, and they were like, "we aren't accepting new patients at this time."! I'm like, "your a hostpital! You should accept any emergency whether its a patient or not! And she said," i will have to go ask my manager" and never came back for 5 minutes, so i left and went to our normal vet.
I, along with my entire immediate family have used the Pet Hospital for decades- over 40 years! For starters, everyone that works there is extremely compassionate, and very competent. I feel that my animals have received the best of care at Pet Hospital of Willoughby. For this reason I have referred many friends to Dr. Doles and his staff, particularly those who have had difficult situations with a pet and are looking for a second opinion. Great service. I wouldn’t trust my pets to anyone else!
I have taken all of my pets here. They are quick to get me in, especially if one of my babies are sick. The vets take their time and explain any questions you have. Christine is an amazing vet tech! These people truly love their job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I even referred my mom here who has transferred all of her dogs to be cared for at this vet. Awesome job guys!❤️
Very professional staff answered all my questions about my dog Kenzie And Dr Schaffer is an AMAZING vet A great experience
They can be very busy but the staff are always professional and treat our fur babies with lots of love. Have been going here for at least 10 years now. The veterinarian team here is the best!!
